Albert brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the payments industry, with a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performance revenue organizations across direct B2B, agent, partnership, and ISV channels. Throughout his career, he has successfully grown national sales teams, launched new markets, and driven sustained revenue expansion for payments organizations at various stages of growth.
Prior to joining Volt Merchant Solutions, Albert held senior leadership roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President at Paynada and Heartland, a Global Payments company. His experience includes scaling sales organizations from early-stage growth through national expansion, developing repeatable go-to-market strategies, and fostering performance-driven cultures rooted in transparency, accountability, and long-term partnerships.
